This Birmingham based business has been in the family for over 40 years, and has built a truly exceptional reputation for providing bespoke, high-quality Windows, Doors, Conservatories & Home Improvement products to the local market.
Priding themselves on their non-pushy approach to sales and unrivalled level of service from design all the way through to installation, they earned the Which? Trusted Trader of the Year award for 2021.
They are now looking to grow their sales team with the addition of a new Sales Designer who has a customer-first approach and will compliment their reputation with customers.
This is a self-employed position and they distribute high-quality, vetted leads fairly across the team giving everyone an equal opportunity to make sales.
Based on recent performance, you can expect to earn at least £40k commission in your first year with potential up to and above £100k. You will also be provided with a laptop or tablet.
They are interested in self starters who have the following experience:
