Kellmann Recruitment Limited will be what’s known as the ‘Data Controller’ (the company who controls and processes your personal data). The personal information we collect and process can include your name, address, email address, telephone number, CV/Resume, qualifications, education, training and your location, role and salary preferences for future positions.

 

Why do we need your data?

We need to know your basic personal information in order to provide you with the most relevant employment opportunities as part of our recruitment service. We will not collect any personal information from you that isn’t relevant to this service.

 

Where do we get your data from?

The personal information we collect and process on you will be provided either by you or a third party we work with, such as a Job Board company or Social Media organisation (e.g. LinkedIn).

 

What do we do with your data?

The personal data is processed by our staff in the UK and is stored on a secure, password-protected database. No one outside of Kellmann Recruitment has access to your personal data unless the law allows them to do so.

How long do we keep your data for?

Your personal data will not be kept for any longer than is necessary, and will be removed from our database completely within 30 days of your request to be forgotten. Kellmann Recruitment will seek to regain consent from you every so often, to ensure you are happy to receive ongoing communication from us and that the information we have is up to date.

 

What are your rights?

If you believe the information we process on you is wrong then you can request to see this information and have it corrected or deleted for free.
